What happens if you add / remove employees after a few months of our annual contract?

All our plans include a 10% additional staff allowance. Hence, If your organization grows at a moderate rate over the year, you can simply add a few more employees without having to pay for them.However, once you exceed the 10% additional staff allowance, ALL those added to your account will be charged for the remaining time of the “main contract”. For example, if you’re three months into the subscription, and you want to add 20 new users to your existing 120 users (which are included in the initial contract), the cost will be 20 (users) * 9 (months).

Does Jisr have monthly subscription plans?

Our plans are only on an annual basis. Setting-up and implementing an HR & Payroll system takes time and commitment from both sides, hence, an annual subscription would allow our customer success team to commit to the success and complete setup of your company on our software.

Does Jisr provide training?

We’re happy to demonstrate the product extensively to the HR and the executive team to aid in making the decision of choosing jisr as your HR & Payroll system. Once you become a customer, our Customer Success team will schedule online onboarding sessions with your HR team to familiarize them with all the details of our system. Moreover, we offer detailed online training videos covering all aspects of the system, and you can watch them anytime. However, we don’t provide end-user nor manager-training at this point. If you’re interested in customized training, please let us know, we can still work something out. But it’s not part of our core offering at the moment.

What's the implementation time frame?

It will depend on your own schedule, but it normally takes between 1-3 weeks.

When does your subscription start?

The moment you sign the contract it becomes Active and this is the subscription start date.

What happens when you off-board some of your employees?

We only charge you for employees active on our system, hence, all the off-boarded employees records and data will remain securely saved in the system but they are not billable.

Do you have to pay for part-time or Ajeer employees?

Yes, part-time employees need to be included in your HR records, and are therefore included in your billable headcount.
