The JISR Public Referral Program encourages individuals ("Referrers") to introduce potential customers ("Referees") to JISR. A Referee is typically a senior HR, Finance leader, or Founder with business decision-making authority regarding HR software purchases. An ideal referral is a company with 30 or more employees across any industry (e.g., Food & Beverages, Restaurants, Construction, Hospitality). Any business with employees needing management and payroll compliant with Saudi laws is a good fit for JISR.

You'll receive a commission of 10% of the first year's sales deal value when your referred company becomes a paying JISR customer. This reward can increase based on the referred company's size, up to a maximum of 15,000 SAR. Multi-year contracts only pay commission on the first year's deal, and add-on services are excluded from commission calculation. While The referred company benefits from free implementation services from JISR, ensuring a smoother and faster onboarding process.

A referral is excluded if the referred company is already an existing JISR customer, is currently in our active sales pipeline, is a marketing lead, or if it's a self-referral by a decision-maker. Please see the full terms and conditions for complete exclusion details.

You become eligible for rewards only after the referred company converts into a paying JISR customer. We will calculate and communicate your reward via email and disburse it through a secure bank transfer. No reward is given if the referral doesn't become a customer. We'll keep you informed about key milestones, including when the referral is qualified, submitted to sales, and when they become a customer.

Yes, you can submit multiple referrals. Please use a separate referral form for each submission and use the same email address for easy management of all your referrals.
